Brian has been with Premier Building Maintenance since the early 1990’s. Brian serves as the Company’s Vice President and is responsible for managing all client, vendor, and supplier relationships. Brian is also in charge of managing all day-to-day aspects of the company.
Brian is focused on serving the current and future needs of our clients through expanding upon Premier’s current service offering. Brian has been successful in driving cost savings and value enhancements for our clients through lowering supplier costs, forging new strategic partnerships, and facilitating improvements in health & quality standards.
With over 25 years of experience, we provide commercial cleaning services, janitorial services and office cleaning services to small, medium and large organizations throughout the Metro Detroit area. PBM offers the following services:

Tracy has over 10 years of management experience, most recently as a financial manager for one of the largest financial institutions in the US.
Since joining PBM, Tracy has been instrumental in streamlining HR operations, writing and implementing policy and driving significant improvements in operational and HR processes.
Tracy is responsible for all daily customer interaction, bookkeeping and HR functions.
PBM utilizes experienced and knowledgeable professionals throughout SE Michigan to serve as liaisons between the Client, PBM and Field members. Our professionals have decades of facility maintenance experience coupled with ongoing annual training and certification requirements.

Jeff Adzigian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Building Maintenance. Jeff has over a decade of real estate, maintenance, operational, and financial experience.
Jeff was a former Vice President of JPMorgan’s Corporate Banking Group where he served clients with revenues ranging from $25 to $500 million. After working for JPMorgan, Jeff worked for DTE Energy as a controller and financial consultant within Nuclear Generation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance and Strategy.
Prior to working for JPMorgan, Jeff served as a facility maintenance supervisor for over 500,000 square feet of multi-family, office, manufacturing, and warehouse properties in Lansing, MI. Jeff holds a Bachelor in Finance and Masters of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University
